Keep your tools.
API or not.

Kaer uses a direct connection where we have built one. Everywhere else it signs in and works in its own browser, the way your team does. You do not have to move to new software.

7 of these connect directly today, some in beta. Kaer signs in to the rest and uses them in its own browser.

No API? It signs in

Supplier portals, booking systems, the old back-office tool. Kaer opens them in its own browser, on its own machine, and works through them like a person would. This needs a paid plan.

trade.northfield-supplies.co.uk/login
  • Its own isolated machine, which shuts down when idle.
  • The login you granted, used for that purpose only.
  • A click that spends money waits for you. Other steps you asked for, like sending a form, it finishes.

Questions

Is a browser session less secure than an API connection?
It is scoped differently. A direct connection carries explicit, revocable API scopes. A browser session runs on the agent's own isolated machine, using credentials you granted for that purpose, and shuts down when idle. Both are recorded, and a payment waits for your approval on either.
Can Kaer work with our internal system?
If a person can use it in a browser, usually yes. That is the point of the browser path. Systems behind a VPN or with unusual sign-in need a conversation first.
How do I revoke access?
Per tool, at any time, from the connectors screen. Revoking one connection does not affect the others.
Can I connect my own mailbox?
Yes. Any IMAP mailbox connects directly to Kaer Mail, on your own domain, with triage, drafts and approvals.

Connect one tool, hand over one job

A mailbox and a calendar are enough to start. Everything else can wait until you have seen it work.
