The routine that
never slips.

The Monday report, the supplier invoices, the month-end checks. Describe the job once in plain words. It runs on a schedule or when an email arrives, and stops at the steps you want to approve.

One run, start to finish

A Monday report: it reads last week's mail and numbers, writes the report, waits for you, then sends it and keeps a record.

What starts a workflow

Whatever starts it, the run that follows is the same, with the same approvals and the same record.

Common questions

How do I set up a recurring job in Kaer?
Describe the job once in plain words, like the Monday report, and Kaer builds the steps. Do a test run and check the output before anything goes on a schedule.
What starts a Kaer workflow?
A schedule, an arriving email, a chat command or you pressing Run. Each one starts the run the same way.
Can a workflow wait for my approval before it sends anything?
Yes. Put an approval step before the part that matters and the run stops there until someone approves or rejects it. If nobody decides within the hours you set, 72 by default, the step is treated as rejected or approved, whichever you chose.
Which plans include Workflows?
Workflows come with paid plans. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
