Quickstart

Pick one job and hand it over

Five ways to start, depending on what you want off your plate first. Each takes about five minutes. If you are not sure, start with the first one.

  1. Sign up and say what you do

A couple of lines about the business: what you sell, how you price it, how you talk to customers. Every job is worked from this.

  2. Hand over one job

In plain English: “chase every invoice more than thirty days overdue”, “answer the enquiries that came in overnight”. Outcomes, not steps.

  3. Watch it work, and see where it stops

Kaer shows its plan, does the work, and pauses before anything with a consequence: the email before it sends, the invoice before it goes out.

  4. Approve, and keep the result

You see what it is about to do and approve it. Everything it did is recorded, and you can run the same job again or put it on a schedule.

Common questions

Do I need someone technical?
No. You connect a mailbox or a calendar and describe the job in plain English. A code repository only comes into it if you have developers and want Kaer to work on their code.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kaer runs in your browser, and the work happens on machines we run. There is an API for developers; none of these paths need it.
What can it touch?
Only what you connect, and you can disconnect anything at any time. Before it sends, pays, books or publishes, it stops and asks you.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Two ways in: take a mailbox hosted by Kaer, or connect one you already have over IMAP. Either can run on your own domain — if it sits on Cloudflare, Kaer sets the email routing up for you.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. The Starter plan is free (2 messages every week) and needs no card. Paid plans are on the pricing page.

Try it on something you would rather not do today.

Pick one job. You approve anything that matters before it happens.
