Common questions
Does Kaer send email replies without my approval?
No. Kaer drafts replies and nothing is sent until you approve it, unless you set up an auto-reply yourself. You can edit a draft, approve and send it, discard it or ask for a new one.
Can I use my existing mailbox with Kaer Mail?
Yes. Use a Kaer mailbox on your domain, or connect the mailbox you already have over IMAP with an app password from your provider. A connected mailbox stays where it is.
What does Kaer do with each email that arrives?
It files the receipts and newsletters, sums up what is left and drafts replies for you to check, so you open your inbox to the few messages that need you.
How much can Kaer Mail do on its own?
You decide, from suggestions only to fully automatic sorting. Routine replies go on their own only if you choose to let them.
