What is Kaer?
Kaer makes the AI assistant for work with no API. You tell it what needs doing, like chasing last month's unpaid invoices or sending a quote, and it does the job in your email, your calendar and the web tools you already log into. Payments, and the emails and messages it sends with its own tools, wait for your approval by default.
The jobs owners hand over

How you stay in charge
You describe the job in plain words. Kaer works out the steps, does them, and shows you what it did. Payments, and email, Slack messages and social posts sent through Kaer's own tools, wait for your approval by default. You choose what may go out without asking.
We never use your data to train third-party models. “Help improve our services” is on by default: Kaer learns from how you use it, with secrets removed, and you can turn it off any time in Settings. The privacy policy has the detail.
Based in London
Kaer is made by Kaer Labs Ltd, a software company in London. Michael Yoannou started it in 2024, and the company was incorporated in England and Wales in 2025. Research notes live at kaerlabs.uk.
